Wearing an unpadded bra, wrap a measuring tape around the top of your ribcage. You’re looking for a snug fit - so we recommend tightening on the exhale and noting the smallest measurement to the decimal.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the measuring tape is paralell to the floor. Relax your shoulders and measure where it falls.

I wear a 36F and this bra is built in a way that seems to take the pressure off my shoulders and gives GREAT side coverage so I am not bulging out. The peekaboo mesh hints at cleavage and adds a risque touch to this full coverage bra.

I took my friend to your Calgary Chinook store, and after a delightful trying-on session, I bought her this bra in beige. She says it is comfortable and that the mesh keeps the girls gently in place.
