How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

I love these “knickers!
My General Practioner recommended them to help with a horrible pain from hernia in my groin.
The hernia developed after unsuccessful Breast Reconstruction Surgery following Cancer Treatments some 10 or so years ago. A very discouraging and annoying time in my life.
The hernia is located in a part of the body where men typically succumb. Not women! Hence there are no assistive devices for women.
The hernia also leans on my bladder and the extra coverage in the crotch area is super too. And overnight. Not perfect but think I the additional padding available will assist too! .
The Core High Rise are quite helpful. I love these support. My abdomen was not secured. Nothing will be perfect but life is somewhat easier.

I loved these at first, until they started busting at the seams. They appear to be held together by glue. First I tried some fabric glue, I just had to repair them with a and thread. I couldn’t throw them away they were expensive.

The design and fabric are gorgeous! I find they are hard to stretch over my curvy hips. However, once on they are flattering and offer a vintage classy look that I really adore. I would suggest sizing up.
