How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Love these bottoms SO much! The ruching is everything and they are the perfect height. Not too high waisted, they show just enough belly button without showing the whole belly. I purchased the Shimmer Deep V top and wanted a matching bottom. I got this one as I don’t care for the high cut or the string bottom. I’m wearing size 8-10 and found KNIX size M in bottoms working great so far. However, this swim bottom when fabric still dry, keeps ending up in my bum cheeks when walking… Once wet, it sits better. I like the higher rise and rouched part, but I don’t like that cheeky cut. I’m mid 40, born 4 children and I have a fuller bum and a slight muffin top. I want a comfortable swim bottom (no shorts style) that gives enough coverage and looks flattering. I don’t need high cut, cheeky or a sexy look. I’ve bought a KNIX swim bottom last year that was high waist and full coverage, and really love it! KNIX has become my go to place for all my underwear, bras and swimwear as I love the fit, style and colour options. I will still use this swim bottom to match the top, but I sure wish the cut would have been a bit different.
