How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I’m on my fifth pair of these and only moved on because I lost weight. These fit great were comfy and snatched me in an worked well when I was an XL, L, and M. I like things to be quite tight and these stretch well so I downsized probably a little early in my weight loss when I could still comfortably wear the old size.

I have these in another pattern, exact same size and these ones fit way smaller ( and I’m
smaller now too!) and are rather sheer, even when not on. You can see all the inside black lines & in the areas of lighter colour fabric it’s especially see-thru.I love the pattern but won’t be wearing these to any public deadlift events for sure! pic is of the older leggings.
