Processing Timelines

Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse team to pack and ship your order. During peak periods such as sales, holidays and product launches, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any address updates, order changes or cancellations. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Split Shipments

Most orders will ship from a single warehouse. However, we occasionally ship from a combination of warehouse locations, so you may receive your order in multiple parts. If items from your order ship in separate packages, we’ll send you tracking information for each package when it becomes available.

Delivery Timelines

For the most up-to-date delivery time estimates, please refer to the shipping timeline at checkout. Delivery timelines do not include processing times. See above for details. All transit times are measured in business days which are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

We are not able to ship to US territories (including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa) at this time.

Holiday Return Window

Eligible Items purchased November 18th to December 31st may be returned until January 31st, 2026. Regular return eligibility applies.

Sale + Last Call

Items discounted below 30% are eligible for size exchange or store credit. Items discounted above 30% are final sale – no refunds, store credits, or exchanges can be accommodated.

Product purchased with Rewards Points

Products purchased with rewards points are eligible for a size exchange only, meaning you may exchange for a new size within 30 days of delivery. Please note, you may remove the tags/packaging in order to wash and wear to ensure you’ve got the correct fit.

Bras, Thigh Saver, Shapewear, Reusable Pads and Bra Accessories

Bras (LuxeLift Tanks and LuxeLift Bodysuits included), Thigh Saver (including Leakproof), Shapewear (including Leakproof) and Reusable Pads are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Please note, you may remove the tags/packaging of the above products in order to wash and wear to ensure you’ve got the correct fit. NOOD products excluded.

NOOD: Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Products must be brand new in original packaging in order to be eligible.

MNTD Tops are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
We offer a 30 day wash and wear guarantee — wear your shirt to work, exercise, or even to sleep in. Then, toss it in the washing machine and start again. If after 30 days you’re still not happy with the fit, let us know and we’ll initiate an exchange or return.

MNTD Underwear
MNTD Underwear are available for exchange or store credit with 30 days of delivery. We’re unable to provide refunds on underwear.
We offer a 30 day wash and wear guarantee — wear your underwear to work, exercise, or even to sleep in. Then, toss them in the washing machine and start again. If after 30 days you’re still not happy with the fit, let us know and we’ll initiate an exchange for a new size or style!
