Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any address updates, order changes or cancellations. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM will not be shipped until the following Monday.

    Ridiculously overpriced

    The underwear us well made, but not what I expected. I must have ordered too quickly, but 25 for one pair of underwear PLUS shipping and tax makes tgese the most expensive underwear I have ever bought or ever will. Knix lost any future orders from me. My Layne Bryant 5 for 35 are a much better price, they fit better, are sexier, and 5 for the price of one has you well beat.

    Not the same as they used to be

    I bought the same ones last year and the year before and suddenly these only have a tiny pad like thing sewn in- not absorbent up both sides just a tiny pad that is only sewn on two edges so not only do they not absorb much - it shifts. I wish they would have disclosed that they redesigned. There’s other companies that still do the absorbent fabric up each side.

    Nice fit, but..

    I wish the legs were longer like the ones I originally ordered. The only reason I ordered the ones I originally ordered were because of the leg length, but I wished the leak protection of the boybrief were in those. Now I'm stuck with boybriefs that don't stay in place because they lack longer length.

    Leakproof Pad Not Sewn In

    Unlike all of the other products I purchased and loved, the leakproof padding was not sewn into the underwear. It is bulky and strange. They were final sale so I couldn’t return them.
