I've tried many sports bras and this is the winner for running! For reference I'm a 34G and the 6+ size was perfect.
-Limits bounce without digging in or restricting breathing
-straps are comfortable
-smooth fabric
-relatively attractive (as much as possible for an intense sports bra). the shape of the bra is flattering
-minor cons: i don't like how the zipper gives a bump under shirts, also the straps make a squeaking sound when I run

I’m currently 8 weeks post breast reduction and lift and recently returned to work, where I’m on my feet for about 12 hours. After trying three different high-impact bras that left marks and caused discomfort, I invested in the Catalyst bra, and it has been a game-changer. It fits like a glove, feels incredibly comfortable—almost like I’m wearing nothing—and provides excellent support with little to no movement while walking. When I first put this bra on it felt weird and lumpy. Two washes and a few wears later, and it's smooth and super comfortable. The zipper front is perfect for accommodating my injured shoulder, and the adjustable back means I can customize the fit perfectly.
It provides great support for high-impact activities, keeping everything locked in place.
