Just as you might wear yoga pants when doing many things apart from yoga, so you may find yourself reaching for your sports bra when there isn’t any physical activity in sight. But should you wear a sports bra every day? The answer is that it’s a personal choice. Some women go entirely braless, some blur the lines, and some observe strict distinctions between everyday, sports and “special” lingerie. Your cup size, comfort, confidence will all inform your decision.

Absolutely! No matter what item you’re shopping for, our Virtual Fittings will help. And they’re easy… For these sessions you’ll need either a soft measuring tape or a ribbon/string and a tape measure. If you’re shopping for a sports bra, we also suggest you wear a bra with no padding or light padding and a fitted t-shirt for the most accurate measurement.

Washing your sports bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though.

Absolutely! Our Sports Bras and Activewear often make it into everyday rotation and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that! While our Activewear will support you through your toughest gym workout, they’re comfortable for more lowkey activities too.
