These absorb a lot of liquid (I overproduce and they still absorb all of my letdown) and are fantastic alternatives to disposable options. For me the only downside was that they are quite large and padded. For someone else this may be a pro as they effectively make a sports bra into a form/padded bra. The mold itself is very nice and looks good under a tight shirt I just don’t need padding.

This bra gives me the confidence to know that I won't be getting wet spots on my shirt while out. It is also comfy and I will wear it even when finished nursing.
