I've tried many sports bras and this is the winner for running! For reference I'm a 34G and the 6+ size was perfect.
-Limits bounce without digging in or restricting breathing
-straps are comfortable
-smooth fabric
-relatively attractive (as much as possible for an intense sports bra). the shape of the bra is flattering
-minor cons: i don't like how the zipper gives a bump under shirts, also the straps make a squeaking sound when I run

I’m currently 8 weeks post breast reduction and lift and recently returned to work, where I’m on my feet for about 12 hours. After trying three different high-impact bras that left marks and caused discomfort, I invested in the Catalyst bra, and it has been a game-changer. Washing your sports bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though.
