Some women go entirely braless, some blur the lines, and some observe strict distinctions between everyday, sports and “special” lingerie. And they’re easy… For these sessions you’ll need either a soft measuring tape or a ribbon/string and a tape measure. If you’re shopping for a sports bra, we also suggest you wear a bra with no padding or light padding and a fitted t-shirt for the most accurate measurement.
Washing your sports bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though.

Love this bra, i have about 4 of yhem in various colors. I wear them for both exercise and work (I work as a PT in a hospital.) ive used them for years and only wash them in a lingerie bag and lay them out to dry. My inly issue is the border tape/glue holding it together wears out and ive had to put fabric glue on all the edges of all these bras. Stronger binding is needed! Otherwise great, comfortable, and breathable
