I got the size I usually wear and the shorts roll down at the waist. Maybe they don’t roll if you have a very flat stomach… but that’s not my situation. I still wear them but feel like I’m tugging them to stay in place.

They do make walking feel very smooth and my thighs certainly did not have any chaffing.

Recommended but with some reservations.

I really liked these shorts in summer time. My only feedback is I would like them to last longer. The seem around the crotch quickly deteriorated.
