I was able to run with this bra, and very rarely have I found a bra within this price range that works for running. I have a large chest, and it can be challenging to find a comfortable fit. This bra is extremely comfortable. Sometimes it take a little bit to get myself into it, but once I am, the support is amazing.

When I was initially trying to put this on for the first time it gave new meaning to the words 'booby trap' :) I think the trick was to do the back clasp up first, open the zipper and put it on back to front if that makes sense and then zip it up. From there I unzipped it and adjusted the straps and the back clasp to a tighter one. I am typically a 36 B and the size suggested was a 3 and it is great. I ran on the treadmill to test it out and it was so supportive! Way better than the bras I currently have. I will likely try the Catalyst with the back closure only when they are back in stock in my size. New fan of Knix!
