    Unusual use of Knix

I am 72 years old. I haven’t had a period in nearly 20 years. I am not incontinent which I know some women like to use them for. Why do I wear period underwear? I take a medication that causes diarrhea. It comes suddenly- no warning- no time to make it to a bathroom no matter how close. During these “periods” of time, I always felt self-conscious. I have washed out underwear and pants in the toilet at a store and then bought new pants to go home in. So, I gave Knix a try. They are not made to absorb this type of discharge but they do a great job in holding it in while I get to a bathroom. I keep some wipes in my purse to clean off what isn’t absorbed and no odor is left behind and they dry quickly. They are the only underwear I wear. I buy the longer length as an extra precaution. Maybe Knix and companies like them can see these market need and make underwear for this problem as well. Until then, Knix has me covered!
