Return Policy for the Knix Black Friday Sale (November 25 - Devcember 3) 

1. All Essential and Leakproof underwear is final sale.  Underwear Mystery bundles are final sale. No returns and no substitutions.

 2. All bras, bodysuits and tops are exchange only. This excludes styles marked down further in last call which are final sale. 

3. All items in Last Call are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

4. Gifts with Purchase are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

5. Our 30 Day Wash and Wear Guarantee is not applicable to bras purchased during our Black Friday Sale. 

Sale Items

For sale items with less than a 20% discount, please follow our policy by product category listed on this page. For sale items with a 20% or more discount, you may exchange for another item or store credit.

Bras, Tops & Bodysuits

All Knix bras & tops (including bodysuits) are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We want to make sure you can give your new top time to mold to your shape and get comfortable. Do what you want to do in it, and wash it as much as you like. If you find the fit still isn't right, message us to get a personal fit consultation before returning for the right size.


All Swim items are Final Sale. 


All of our Underwear bottoms (including Thigh Saver and Leakproof) are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. For hygenic reasons, underwear cannot be accepted.


Clothing items include our T-Shirts, Sleep Set, and Lounge Pants. These items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. However, these items need to be unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Last Call

All items in Last Call are eligible for Exchange Only. All Last Call items purchased at an extra 20% off (June 20-24) are final sale. All Swim items are Final Sale. 


The following are not eligible for refund or exchange

Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to exchange items?

Totally. Once you confirm your email, it’s as easy as printing your pre-paid shipping label and sending your item(s) back.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

As soon as our team gets your return, you’ll get your store credit or refund within 10 days.

Can I return for a refund?

Yes, all returnable items purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund. It will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.

Can you clarify shipping costs?

We’ll cover all return shipping fees. Outbound shipping from our warehouse is not covered, including exchange orders.
