This would be an Amazing Bra for a smaller chest.
As a 36DDDD gal tired of wearing underwire bras this past hot summer I was desperate for a lighter more comfortable bra. The Knix bra caught my eye. I eyed up the sizing chart and figured the size 7 would be appropriate
Some people will say it is expensive, and it is, but not compared to the 80 to 120 dollar bras I usually have to wear from specialty stores.
I received the bra in one day flat after ordering which was a nice surprise. "Your Day Just Got Better" printed on the box is cute and true because any time I get a parcel in the mail I get a small lift.
I was a bit skeptical when I opened the box, because I will admit, compared to the technical engineering that goes into my normal underwired 36DDDD bras, this seemed kind of simple. But therein lies the genius, the lack of seams and underwire are what make this bra so comfortable! That being said, when I first tried the bra on I thought "hell no"..... it felt somewhat rubbery, stiff and initially caused some major "boobling" on top. It looked like two mini boobs had popped out the top of the bra and it was fairly noticeable under a shirt. I took the bra off and shoved it back in the box discouraged.
I tried the bra on later and gave the material some time to form. I have to admit, the whole thing softened up a bit and did indeed form to my shape. The boobling settled down a bit but not entirely. I did feel fairly secure in the bra without feeling compressed. Though, my breasts tended to smoosh together…
