Home of the Space Needle, Starbucks, and all scenes from Grey’s Anatomy, there’s no doubt Seattle is the place to be. That’s why Team Knix decided to kick-off our summer road trip with a visit to the Emerald City. That’s right! We’re in Seattle from June 1st to July 27th. Come say hi to us @ 2624 NE Village Lane.

Not only will you be able to grab some more of your Knix staples (and discover new favorites) at our pop-up location, but we’re also hosting a ton of amazing events and discussions with Seattle’s best. Here’s what we’ll be up to during the first 2 weeks of our trip:

June 5:

Women’s Health and Hormones Panel

Curious about how hormones impact your health?  No matter where you are in your health journey, this panel is for you. Hear from acupuncturists, yoga instructors, nutrition and health coaches- amongst others! What better way to jump into summer than to jump into your health.

June 8 and July 11:

You do YOU - Painted Selfie Class

Instagram selfies are out, and self-painted selfies are in. That’s right. Who needs Jack to paint you like one of his French girls, when you can paint yourself like one instead. Come join us and BrushCapades Seattle for a fun paint and sip class. No art experience or supplies necessary. Just bring yourself and your best girl friends!

June 12:

Stress Management Workshop

Hosted by Ellen Jaworski of Triple Peak Wellness, this interactive workshop kicks off with a body scan meditation. From there, you’ll learn how stress affects your body and techniques to manage it. You’ll even get to create your own personalized “Self Care Menu”. Together, let’s prep for a stress-free summer.

June 13:

Yogalates & Yin Yoga

The only thing better than doing yoga is doing yoga in an empowering space filled with empowering women (that’s also free). Open to anyone regardless of age and fitness levels, come downward dog with us!

June 15

The Normalcy of Birth

Birth can be scary! Although a natural and beautiful part of life, there’s still a lot of mystery and fear surrounding pregnancy. But, the first step to overcoming fear and anxiety is through knowledge and information. Join us and Midwife Tina Tsiakalis as she  shares insights on birth options and prenatal care.
